The bathroom conditions left a lot to be desired. The shower tray leaked, and the fixtures showed signs of age. I also encountered discomfort with the mattress. The food variety at the restaurant was lacking, with several meals recurring and not particularly appealing. The noise levels from the restaurant area disrupted the peace. It was disappointing to note that common areas were in a state of disrepair with some loose fixtures, which diminished the overall experience.

Polite and welcoming stuff as I wanted. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location ideal for my purposes, it was walk from a gondola station. Found Restaurant Hrima minutes from the hotel where I had supper.

Chur! We stayed in a twin room, and while the space was a bit cramped, the location was sweet as, just a short walk to the gondola. Dinner was choice, but breakfast could've had more variety. All in all, a nice spot for a ski trip!

The hotel is strategically located, just a short walk from the gondola. Staff, and the thermal zone was impressively tidy. The only downside was the bar's lively nightclub vibe, which wasn't to our taste.

The location of breza is super convenient, just a short walk to the center. Pets are also welcome, great for pet owners. The staff at the lobby were very friendly and spoke good english.

Great location for skiing, room was super spacious with a balcony facing the fine pine trees. The breakfast was amazin, way better than typical continental ones. The staff was really friendly and spoke good english, made things easy. Everything was clean and comfy, and i loved it!

the dinner was a lil basic and could use more options.
